I appreciate that you have encouraged advanced critique, but I have no suggestions for you on this piece. The shading and detail are explicit. And the feeling of anxiety is quite adequately portrayed. excellent work my friend, excellent work.
Thank you for the comment! I really appreciate it. I'm always looking to improve my art so even knowing I've managed to capture a feeling is just as helpful as saying such and such could have been improved this way.
Again, thank you very much!

I admit that I'm a big fan of Sojourn as well, wish they would finish the story instead of leaving us hanging!!! But to be honest, I only got into that comic after it had already had its run and I had to hunt to find all the back issues!(still hunting for a couple btw! LOL) It was a coincidence there's any resemblance at all because this drawing was done before I noticed Sojourn. These were the physical descriptions (as I interpreted) of two characters for the short story that this illustration was for.
Thanks for looking

No way XD You were totally destined to read it obviously ^^ Apparently Disney bought out Crossgen- I'm not sure whether that means Sojourn will *eventually* continue (If so, I hope they use the same writers and Greg Land cause I SO wanna drool over a good comic again T.T), or not. I was so sad they died out. Them and Dreamwave were 2 of my favourite comic companies and I bought heaps of their comics. They both died out
Greg Land is totally my idol too to make it worse XD Idol + medieval fantasy? I was SO in love with that series XD
When Sojourn came out, I had been well into my decade long comic strike (got very disillusioned with the junk that was being put out) That strike ended the day I discovered Sojourn...LITERALLY! Too bad Sojourn was done by the time I got back, but I've since found a few good stuff to latch onto .... Bah to DC/Marvel! Hail Indies!! lol
